Zofia decides quickly and changes direction just as quickly when new data appears. Amira pays for that flexibility by repeatedly starting over.

Zofia quickly chooses the first option while Amira accepts the decision.
We’re going with A. Let’s start today.
Amira begins detailed work on the selected option.
Decision made. Now we execute.
Three days later, Zofia points to new data and changes the decision, surprising Amira.THREE DAYS LATER
We have new information. We’re switching to B.
But A was the decision.
Zofia and Amira discuss the difference between quick correction and stable execution.
A good decision is one you update when the data changes.
To me, a good decision takes longer so execution doesn’t keep getting overturned.
Zofia and Amira agree to label decisions by how reversible they are.
